Bookings are purely provisional until we receive a signed booking form and deposit. If your booking form and deposit are not received within 10 days of your provisional booking, your preferred date may be offered to someone else.
Notice of cancellations must be given at least 21 days prior to the booked date.
Cancellations after this period will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the booking date will result in a complete and full refund or the deposit will be kept to secure a future date should the customer request it. In the unlikely event of a cancellation on our part, we will offer you a full refund or rebooking. If for any reason a treatment cannot be completed after we have received the vehicle or after you have departed you will be entitled to a £50 discount upon rebooking.
